Your First Fertility Consultation
New fertility patients are encouraged to bring any background information they might already have at home to their first consultation.
This might include blood test results, ultrasound/imaging reports and pictures, hospital treatment summaries, sperm test results and PAP smears.
Your first appointment with Dr Kretowicz will take approximately 45-60 minutes and we request that you bring a referral from your GP for both yourself and your partner.
If you have already consulted another specialist in relation to your infertility, it is important to provide us with as much information as possible about any tests, investigations and treatments you might have received in the past. To make the process as easy for you as possible, we will request you complete a “Release of Information Form” to enable us to collect required information on your behalf.
We encourage wherever possible that both partners be present during the first consultation.
